After Caleb went to the football game with Keith, Parker also wanted to have a day out with dad. They went to IHOP for breakfast, played by these bears outside, played air hockey, and went to see Puss in Boots. He keeps asking when he can go to the International House of Pancakes again. 
He is shading his eyes from the sun.
