Parker turned eight and wanted to have a Ninjago Birthday Party. He invited 8 friends, had 2 cousins come, and his 3 siblings. I was grateful to have beautiful weather so we could go outside and not have to contain all that energy!
Before the party, Parker helped make a throwing star for each of the kids to take home. When they arrived they decorated their own star.
Then they got a foam sword and went outside to play.
Parker took lemon cupcakes with lemon frosting to his soccer game on his actual birthday, which was the day before his party. We had a few leftover, so we put candles in one and sang to him.
Here are all the kids that came for the party. They went home with a small goodie bag with a few pieces of candy and few small, plastic ninjas.
Grandma and Grandpa brought Diana and Andrew with them. I think this is the first birthday party they have been able to come to. They came for Parker's baptism which was the day after his party. More on that to come soon!
